Small group specialized YOGA class designed to:
Learn how to connect to, activate and relax your pelvic floor and surrounding muscles - so you can care for your body with your daily tasks, yoga practice, exercise & recreational activities
Class focuses on:
Pelvic area anatomy & physiology
Functional breathing
Alignment based yoga postures
Slow flow sequences
Pelvic focused meditation
Nervous system healing
Note: This class is not designed to be diagnostic for any pelvic conditions and will not include any individualized pelvic exercise prescriptions
Please bring your own yoga mat or rentals are also available from Namaspa for a fee. Props such as blocks, bolsters and straps are provided
Space is limited each week to 12 participants, so please sign-up online ahead of time to reserve your spot (credit card required).
Weekly drop-in class rate: $25 per class
10 Class card: $200* ($20 per class)
*6 month expiration from date of purchase applies (unless there are extenuating circumstances)
