Bringing you a deeply pelvic specialized & restorative yoga series that supports your pelvic health through education, connection and deepening the relationship with self.
Class focuses on meditation, connection to pelvic & abdominal muscles and breathing in various yoga postures, as well as supportive nervous system practices. Each class is intuitively shaped around the needs, goals and energy of students each week.
Suitable for all yoga experience levels - beginners welcome, especially helpful if you are pregnant or returning to yoga post birth.
Classes held at Namaspa Yoga Community in Bend, upstairs studio.
Please bring your own mat, all other props provided, rental mats also available.
Class sizes are intentionally intimate to maintain attunement.
