“My wife visited Laura while she was pregnant and she helped her immensely with issues she was having with weakness and discomfort. I joined for a partner session that covered what to expect during delivery and how I could assist and make the birthing process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend visiting Laura with your partner especially if you have not been through the birthing process before!”

“Seeing Laura in the first few months after having a baby was crucial in my postpartum recovery. [She] provides care that goes above and beyond what you’d get seeing a traditional PT. The love, care, and guidance she gives her patients is what sets her apart. She combines her wealth of knowledge with compassion and empathy to help guide your recovery process. She has helped me get to a state where I feel stronger physically, emotionally, and mentally than I ever have before.”

“Had seen a different pelvic floor PT in the year before going to Laura, and switched after a recommendation from a friend. My pelvic floor health improved during pregnancy with Laura’s guidance (which was life changing!). Would 100% recommend for anyone who is pregnant, has been pregnant, is hoping to become pregnant, or is curious about their pelvic floor. Laura is an amazing, passionate practitioner, and truly cares about her work and clients. Saw her for prenatal visits for a first pregnancy, and will be going back for postnatal visits as well.”

“[Working with] Laura before having my first baby was one of the best things I did. If you’re thinking about it, just book a session, it will help! Her knowledge, compassion and support helped me know what to do during contractions and how to push during labor. She recommended certain exercises beforehand that I used to prepare and minimize postpartum complications. My husband also joined for a position session so when it got painful, we knew how he could help and didn’t have to figure it out in the moment. I look forward to seeing her again for some recovery therapy!”
