ABOUT

Lotus Flower Physio

THE LOTUS FLOWER APPROACH

Lotus Flower Physio goes beyond traditional pelvic physical therapy, bringing in extensive experience and diverse pelvic focused health & wellness treatments for the entire center (not only the pelvic floor) blended with somatic and energetic therapies because our true body wisdom and capacity for healing lies within the body’s center. Through healing from your root with custom shaping of diverse holistic therapies, what can emerge is a whole new way of being at home in your body.

From the muddy waters, we can guide deep healing while rebuilding a strong foundation, and with steady nurturing & growth, the lotus flower blooms: grounded in it’s own beauty, balanced and centered.

Our center is a primary source of our inner strength, overall health (from gut function, to hormonal regulation, to core muscle support), and shapes the vitality of generations to come through it’s profound nurturing and reproductive impact. With our healing services and education, we are here to bring this reality to light, and provide transformative healing in ourselves and our community, sharing what it truly means to live from your center.

“I cannot say enough about Laura and her practice. Her calm demeanor and incredible knowledge made her the perfect provider in my search for Pelvic Floor PT. I came in as a new mom, struggling with many pelvic floor issues, and over a few months of work, I saw significant improvement. I also appreciate that Laura doesn't drag on the PT experience, like many providers I've seen in the past.

My main goal of working with Laura was that my weak pelvic floor wouldn't inhibit me from doing all the fun activities with my daughter, and I can say that today, I jumped on the trampoline with her! Moms, you know how big of a deal this is!!

Thank you, Laura, for everything!!”
